The 2018 vintage in Burgundy was marked by very warm weather during the growing season, an early harvest and high yields. Work in the vineyards was crucial, as were picking dates. Decisions made in the cellars concerning the inclusion of stems and oak regimes also played their part. The result of all this hard work is an array of high quality wines, both red and white which deserve a place in any Burgundy lover’s cellar.
